It feels like we arrive quickly when you lie down and sleep at night. Upon arrival, you can go to Nha Trang beach to watch the sunrise. You might find it a bit narrow horizontally. You have to take off your shoes to get on, so there's a slightly musty smell. You can also charge with USB 3.0. In the middle, around Mui Ne, they stop and say "tolle tolle," which means to go to the restroom.

This was an incredibly outrageous and terrible experience! I initially booked a bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang for 8 AM. The staff contacted me, saying I could only change it to 5:30 AM or 11 AM, so I had to switch to 5:30 AM. When I arrived at the pick-up point at 5 AM, there was no one there. Suddenly, a man appeared, speaking Vietnamese, and told me to get on his motorcycle. I thought the pick-up point had changed, so I got on his motorcycle. It turned out he took me to another Futa Bus location and charged me 100,000 Vietnamese Dong. At this point, the staff finally replied to me, saying they had received a last-minute notification that the pick-up point had changed. I then had to immediately take a taxi to another pick-up point and finally made it onto the bus. It was truly awful!!!

It was a comfortable bus trip. The bus was clean, with completely private compartments, and there was a restroom, as well as complimentary water and snacks. I slept well on the overnight bus and was able to start my activities the next morning.

The pickup location was different from what was on the voucher. I was alone and don't speak English well, so I was sweating from the start. The bus takes 9 hours even without traffic...Google Maps said it would be four and a half hours. They dropped off and picked up people more than ten times, so they went on a lot of small roads. What was most disconcerting was that I thought the drop-off location was Coopmart, but they stopped way before that in a remote neighborhood and told me to get off, saying we were there. Luckily, I was able to take a Grab from there. I didn't want to be wandering around at night or early morning and waiting, so I took the 11 AM bus, but I arrived in a remote location at 8 PM.

The bus was on time, but we got sleeper bus from outside of the city which was ok, the stops taken did not have clean washrooms, they were very bad. Otherwise the comfort in the sleeper bus was good, it was clean and had clean bedsheets. The AC was working fine too.

Hello, I booked a Phnom Penh-Ho Chi Minh Minibus (Ihome) through Klook. However, the day before my departure from Phnom Penh (December 5th), on December 4th, I suddenly received a Kakao Talk message stating that there was a problem with the Minibus and I had to either change the bus type, cancel and rebook with Kamco bus instead. I was really taken aback and very confused as it was my first time taking a bus to Ho Chi Minh. However, I went as instructed and bought a Sleeping bus ticket myself to go to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Then, the day before my return from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh (December 7th), Ihome sent me another message asking if I would like to change the time of the Mini bus. I went there thinking it was a Minibus, but it turned out to be an Airbus. Basically, when I booked through Klook, the price of the Minibus (Ihome) was ₩47,200 in Korean currency, while a regular bus was about ₩29,000. The price of the Kamco bus from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh was also $20. On the bus from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh, I sent a complaint to Ihome. I told them that the price was different and the bus was not a Minibus (seating less than 19 people), so I asked for a refund of the difference. However, they started lying, claiming that the Airbus (seating more than 40 people) I was on was the Minibus I had booked. Basically, I believe that the Minibus is not in operation. However, tickets are still being sold on Klook. And people who have booked have to change their schedules because they are asked to change buses, which is very inconvenient. And they are not refunding the difference. I want to report the Phnom Penh-Ho Chi Minh Minibus (Ihome). Please do not sell these tickets. This is deceiving consumers. I couldn't even enjoy my trip properly because I was so worried about the bus tickets. If this matter is not resolved, I will continue to post about what happened on the Klook website.

disappointed because my bus schedule was moved to a later time and they changed my bus to a meko 19 seater bus when i booked a ihome mini bus that is more expensive. i used giant ibis from siem reap to phnom penh and the experience is extremely different i was guided like im a vip along the journey but this feels like they made me feel like im a nuisance because of language barrier. my experience in cambodia is so nice i feel so disappointed that in my way out this happened. i love cambodia so much i hope this will not happen to other guest because people like us encourage other people to visit cambodia but if we experience things like this i dont know anymore.
