They contacted me before I even got on the bus, and a van picked me up from the hotel and took me to the bus stop, where I then boarded the bus. The bus interior was clean, and there was a restroom break halfway through the journey. The bus dropped me off directly in front of my next hotel. I was also able to connect to Wi-Fi on the bus, which was very convenient.

I booked through Klook in Nha Trang and traveled to Da Lat by ihome limousine. It was an 11-seater, but only 7 of us were on board. When I arrived at the pickup location in front of the Venti coffee shop, the driver showed me his phone to confirm my name. Once confirmed, he gestured for me to go into the coffee shop, haha. I ordered a coffee and sat at a table outside, having a cigarette. We were scheduled to depart at 11:45 AM, but we left around 11:15 AM. The driving was okay, haha. On a curved road, the driver overtook the car in front, and the big Russian guy sitting next to him grabbed the handle in fear, haha. The journey took a little over 3 and a half hours. After a 20-minute break at a rest stop, we continued. From the terminal to my accommodation in the city center, I took a Grab. Anyway, it was a comfortable trip.

I had reserved a limousine bus, but since I was the only passenger, it was changed to a sedan. Of course, there was no extra charge, and the ihome bus company and the driver were very kind, which I greatly appreciated. I definitely plan to use this company's transportation services again in the future.

We were wondering how to get around for a trip of three people, and decided to spend a bit more for a comfortable experience. When it was almost time for our reservation, we got bored waiting at the hotel, which was our meeting point, so we decided to relax at a nearby cafe. We asked if they could pick us up there, and they immediately agreed. We were very pleased when a clean Vietnamese electric car arrived. The driver was a young man who drove very smoothly and comfortably the whole way, and he was excellent at overtaking when needed. It was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Unacceptable. The trip was originally scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM. They sent us a message saying that, due to traffic, we would be leaving at 7:30 AM and needed to be there half an hour beforehand. We arrived at 7:00 AM, yet we didn't leave until 8:05 AM. Also, it initially stated "free cancellation," but after we booked, it claimed the booking was non-cancellable and non-refundable.

The vehicle's condition and seats are all good. However, if there are two passengers in the front, a regular bus might be a better option. For the comfort of our customers, we recommend only one passenger in the front seat.

The bus company staff contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm we would make it to the bus, and they even offered to call a Grab for us, which was very thoughtful. The bus station staff spoke English, so checking in was smooth. I recommend sleeping on the top bunk; although it's a bit bumpier, the bottom bunk is directly at eye level with the aisle, which I personally would find bothersome.

The overall process quite smooth. The travel agent contacted us the day before and let us know the pickup point. The driver also proactively liaise us when we arrived at the pickup point. Overall ride is smooth and there's even a wireless charging in the seat. Theres one stop for toilet break and mineral water is provided. Just one small notes: the driver like to speed up so be careful if you have motion sickness.

Driver was on time and good. However, the booking system was not good. I booked a specific pick-up point on the Go365 website, as it was next to our hotel. On the evening before the journey, I received a text that the pickup point is 5km away, a completely different one than what I booked. This meant we had to leave earlier and pay for a taxi to a new pickup point. When I questioned it, this was the response: "Due to a system error, that pickup point hasn't been updated yet."
It is really upsetting when your journey doesn't go as planned and you only find it out the night before at 10pm! Poor service.

First, let's talk about the ride experience: The driver was excellent, slowing down to avoid potholes, and the overall speed was fast and steady, so I didn't get carsick. The nine-seater bus was also very comfortable and clean. Now, regarding the booking experience: The three-star rating is for customer service. I booked the 3:30 PM bus, but we were told the bus wouldn't arrive until 5:00 PM, and it actually departed at 5:30 PM. We were also seated in the very front two seats. Afterward, all they did was apologize. I observed that there was no 3:30 PM bus at all; it felt like they just wanted to put us on the last bus to fill the seats, and I felt deceived.

I booked a 3:30 PM car, and even received a confirmation, but when the time came, the car didn't show up. I contacted the car company, and they said the only departure was at 5:00 PM. Seriously, why do you list so many times on your platform then? You're just tricking people who booked for 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM, and 4:30 PM into waiting to all leave together. It's a waste of time and clearly a scam, and they won't even issue a refund. I contacted the platform for help, and they just told me to wait. I've been waiting for days now, with no resolution. The driver's attitude was also very poor; he was extremely impatient when I asked him questions.

To be honest, the criteria they use for assigning seats do not seem clear at all. Communication with the person responsible for handling reservations and itineraries was particularly difficult and frustrating.
In addition, the driver was quite unfriendly. This company appears to be a family-run business, but I believe they need a much better understanding of what hospitality and customer service mean.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
