📍 1. Coverage
Applies to guests staying within the city centre area.
Outside this area a surcharge may apply, or guests may need to make their own way to the meeting point.

Please be ready 10–15 minutes in advance.
The vehicle waits no longer than 10–15 minutes past the agreed time.

Pick-up at the hotel lobby or the confirmed meeting point.
If the vehicle cannot access the location, guests are kindly asked to walk to the nearest point as directed.

Drop-off at the original pick-up point within the city centre area.
A surcharge may apply for drop-off at a different location.

Arriving late or failing to show up is treated as a No Show and is non-refundable.

Where does the tour go?
The Bàu Trắng dunes, the Mũi Né fishing village, Suối Tiên and the Đồi Cát Đỏ (Red Sand Dunes).
Why is Bàu Trắng called a miniature Sahara?
Because the white dunes spread out right beside the sea in Bình Thuận, so the landscape looks like a desert in miniature.
What does the tour price include?
Entrance fees to the sites, an English or Vietnamese speaking guide, lunch, bottled water, return hotel transfers and insurance provided by the operator.
Are sandboarding and quad bikes included?
No. Optional activities such as sandboarding or quad bikes are paid separately.
Is there hotel pickup?
Yes, return transfers from your hotel in the Mũi Né and Phan Thiết area.

In the end, they informed me that the trip was canceled, and I subsequently requested a refund. The tour guide was extremely polite and punctual, attentive throughout the journey, and even proactively helped us over more difficult terrain, which made us feel very secure. In addition, the guide took great photos and helped us capture many wonderful pictures.
Both the driver and the tour guide were very friendly. The round-trip drive from Nha Trang to Mui Ne takes nearly seven hours, which can be quite tiring, but the entire itinerary was arranged so smoothly that we were able to easily make the round trip to Mui Ne in a single day.
The meals were also delicious, the overall experience was extremely pleasant, and we are truly grateful to the driver and tour guide for taking such good care of us along the way!

Putting everything else aside, the vehicle was extremely uncomfortable. We booked for 5 people, and they brought a 6-passenger vehicle with fold-down seats in the very back. The driver was in the driver's seat, the guide was in the passenger seat, 3 people sat in the middle, and 2 in the back. I could understand this for a short distance, but for a 4-hour trip each way—8 hours total... Also, what about the Fairy Stream? The barefoot walking course was too dangerous because of fast currents and high water levels from the rain the day before, so we couldn't do it. If there had been heavy rain the day before, they should have checked in advance and told us before departure so we could have changed the date. But they drove us all the way there just to tell us? And then they offered us free time at a cafe... It wasn't like, 'Since you couldn't do that, we'll buy you coffee'—Anyway, the vehicle we started with was a total disaster!@!!! A tour I never want to take again... My back felt like it was breaking...

We were asked to leave at 7.20am, rather than the 9am on the itinerary. We arrived at 11am, so over 3.5 hours later (we had a 5 minute toilet stop). The tour guide didn't really talk to us once we got into the car. The actual experience at the desert was fun. We hired the ATV for 1 hour, 1.2 million dong. After the white sand dunes, we enjoyed a nice lunch, went to the fairy stream, fishing village and red dunes. The tour guide took some nice photos and was cheerful at this point after not talking much before. we got back to out hotel between 6pm and 7pm, after another 3.5-4h drive. We enjoyed the experience but the travel was the downside - not 2 hours as on the itinery

my feeling was not so good at the fairy stream. The tour guide didn’t inform me after he and another participant took a short cut back to the gathering point. I didn’t know they took another route so I waited at middle of the stream and worrying. The guide didn’t come back or call me when they found I was not at the gathering point. In a small group of only 6 participants, 2 tour guides, I feel they didn’t do this job right. At least the tour guide should inform me that they took another route and make sure I can continue to walk to the gathering point safely. But they didn’t. My foot hurt when rushing to the gathering point after my friend called me all others already at gathering point. In the stream, there’re many rocks inside and the guide asked not to wear sandals. Actually that made us easier to hurt the foot. We saw other tourists wearing sandals as protection. That’s better to avoid hurting our foot. But our tour guide asked us not to wear sandals 😩

I spent the whole day contacting the supplier to confirm if the tour was happening and to get the contact information for the tour guide and driver. But the supplier either didn't respond or said another supplier would handle the tour. Then, at 8:36 PM, someone finally contacted me to say the tour was canceled due to insufficient participants! Notifying me so late about the cancellation made it impossible to arrange alternative tours last minute, wasting the whole day! This iHome supplier is extremely irresponsible. Klook team, please seriously consider ending your partnership with them to avoid impacting customer itineraries and your reputation!!!!!!

The guide picked me up in a saloon car. They supposed to have 3 guests including me but the other 2 felt sick last minute, so, I became the only 1. Really felt like VIP. The Sand Dune is a must come day tour. But remember to have sun block applied as it's quite hot. The young tour guide was very hospitable and helped me to do filming. The 20min ATV ride was a bit expensive (1.2mil VND) but was the best ATV ride I had. Riding in sand dune uneven terrain, it was worth it.

The tour guide was polite and punctual, and very attentive, helping us through the more difficult sections of the path. He's also a great photographer, so feel free to ask him to take pictures. In terms of the itinerary, the fishing village had the best scenery, although the smell was a bit strong. 🤣🤣🤣 Lunch was pretty good. Overall, the scenery on the tour was nice, but not particularly "wow." The stream and sand had some sharp stones in places, but it was quite refreshing to walk through in the hot weather. I recommend wearing shorts or pants that you can roll up. If you're planning to travel from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City, consider breaking up the journey with this tour and a day of rest in Mui Ne.
