Baggage policy

BAGGAGE RULES 🔹 Baggage allowance Each passenger may bring 01 checked suitcase, no larger than a size-24 suitcase (medium), approximately 60cm x 40cm x 25cm. Total baggage weight must not exceed 20kg per passenger. 🔹 Carriage rules The operator does not carry oversized or overweight baggage and suitcases, or any item that cannot be stowed safely in the luggage hold. Passengers are responsible for their own cash, personal documents and valuables. The operator is not liable for items left inside suitcases or checked baggage. 🔹 Passenger responsibility Passengers must comply with the operator's baggage rules. The operator may refuse carriage, with no ticket refund, if the baggage and suitcase rules are breached. 🔹 No pets on board (if you must travel with one, please notify our operations team in advance so we can check and assist).

Cancellation & refund policy

OPERATOR'S TICKET CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 🔹 Cancelled 48 hours or more before departure — 100% of the ticket value refunded. 🔹 Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before departure — 50% of the ticket value refunded. 🔹 Cancelled within 24 hours of departure, or no-show at the pickup point — no refund. 🔹 Refund processing time — an estimated 07–14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays/Tết).

Eligibility The shuttle service applies only to bookings of 02 passengers or more. The shuttle service does not apply on public holidays and Tết, or in force-majeure situations such as traffic congestion, bad weather, natural disasters, road incidents or other objective factors affecting the operator's schedule. 🚐 2. Confirming pick-up / drop-off details For tickets that include free pick-up/drop-off within the supported area, our operations staff will contact you up to 02 times before the departure date to confirm the pick-up location and time. For cross-border travel from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Vietnam, I originally booked two limousines for 14 people, max capacity of each at 8 pax. We were kindly offered a 19-seater private car/limousine which was visibly new and with captain seats, with no additional cost. We were over the moon! The travel was comfortable, the driver's assistant was accommodating and had transactional English. Our immigration procedures were smooth and fast in the VIP lane. The driver was a bit strict but maybe because we could not understand what he was saying as he could not speak English. They took us to our booked drop-off hotel but the hotel told us we were actually booked in another branch in the other block, though I already showed the driver's assistant enroute that this was the drop-off address was "this" and he confirmed. After explaining, we were brought to the final hotel address, without additional cost. The customer service assistant via Whastapp was very helpful, too!

How to travel from Phnom Penh to Sài Gòn?

The distance from Phnom Penh to TP.HCM is about 230 km, passing through the Bavet – Mộc Bài border gate, with a 6–7 hour bus ride including 30–60 minutes for immigration procedures. Vietnamese passengers returning should also note the regulations on luggage and goods brought across the border.

Documents and procedures for the return trip

A passport valid for at least 6 months is still required. Foreign nationals returning to Vietnam must have a valid Vietnamese visa or be eligible for visa exemption — if you have used up the entry allowance of your single-entry visa, you must apply for a new e-visa before boarding the bus. This is the most common mistake passengers make on the return trip.

Luggage and goods to bring back

Customs at both ends may inspect luggage. Cigarettes, alcohol, and large quantities of goods have tax-free allowances; exceeding the allowance requires declaration. Do not carry items for strangers at the border gate — this happens frequently, and the person carrying the items bears full responsibility.
